Refund and Exchange
Please note that we do not Refund. We only exchange items within 7 days of purchase (out of Kuwait you have 7 days to exchange starting from date items were delivered) 

Items to be exchanged must be unworn, unused, no damages, with tags and label in tact. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please note exchange items need to be returned within 7 days of purchase. If out of Kuwait, exchange is valid 7 days from items being delivered by post.
